Web App for monthly subscription for Restaurant

Hey there! Thanks for taking a second to view our project. We are looking to develop a paid monthly membership for our restaurants. We want to create this as a Web Application, to utilize cross platform as much as possible. How we want it to work: These members would be able to purchase a monthly on-going subscription (a membership) and receive (1) complimentary alcoholic beverage per week. They will need to be able to purchase 1 of 3 memberships, billed monthly, and easy access to sign up or cancel. Based on the tier of membership they purchased it will unlock that teir of beverage. We need to be able to: -Ease of signing up. -Members can sign up at our restaurant tabler or online with their phone or desktop. -Needs to be able to charge monthly dues on the 1st of the month based on (3) tiers. -Ease of redeeming their 1 drink every week. -Track and reward members for frequency of visits -Push notifications to promote upcoming events and promotions -Smart data to track engagement- Backend data for us to track trends and send a direct message to reward loyalty. -This needs to be a smart Web App that can have cross platform utilization.
