Professional web design/build (AUSTRALIANS PREFERRED)

We have a new company launching on the 12th of November, our developer has just told us they are unable to complete the project and we need someone with great UX, design and development experience to take over and to start immediately. Our banding has been developed and we love it and hope you will too! However, we are hoping that the digital build of the website will help us cement the branding and there is definite opportunity for someone to add their own creative flair and ideally we would like a developer who can also advise us of where we may want to place photos/illustrations. For this reason, we have not finalised all of these assets and would like to brief our illustrator on this when we have discussed with the developer. A developer with design experience will be regarded highly. We also want to ensure that the developer has great UX experience. The website will be 13 pages in total plus 1 Page Landing (coming soon) page (we have draft wire frames for 9 of these pages and a landing page start). This is not a complicated build from a tech perspective, but it needs to be a custom build (i.e. we don't want a wordpress template design) we need a log-in section for our members, but there is no e-commerce etc. We will need the website in place for the launch and hopefully a little earlier. In addition, we are hoping to get a “coming soon” landing page up ASAP. So we are looking for a freelancer/agency who can get cracking right away. We are in the early stages of the wire frames and they still need editing/adjusting and some pages still need to be laid out, but this means we don’t need the build to start from scratch. Even if you don't meet all the requirements, we'd ideally like to work with a woman as it is a women's focused company, but happy to work with the right guy as well. Only people with a strong portfolio need apply. The initial build was going to be in webflow but we will also be happy with wordpress. We have attached a more detailed design brief.
