Enhance the quality of a low resolution picture to a high resolution 1000 dpi image based on the image dimensions of 13.5 cm in length and 6.6 cms wide. There is no need to increase the clarity of the background, I am only concerned with the image of the player. This will require the freelancer to touch up a photo of a football player so that the photo looks clear at a higher an enlarged resolution. The photo cannot be blurry when enhanced in size. At the completion of the project, the picture clarity of the image should be crystal clear and high resolution. If the freelancer does a good job there will be more photos to upgrade in the future. This should be completed in 1 day. At the conclusion of the project I will have 7 images in jpeg format and a psd file.
