ongoing 4 hours/week graphic design

I run a business which prints customer's logos on t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and workwear. I require a bid for creating 16 mockups - Convert to AI and create PDF. Customer's upload their logos(one or more), and I require to give them a 1. A AI file with all items converted to vector 2. A PDF file containing how the logo will look on their t-shirt or apparel. I will upload these as files to freelancer and require the designer to produce the mockup. I expect this to be on average 15 minutes of work per mockup, so this 4 hours of work will be 16 mockups. I have attached the first job: The customer logo is uploaded([login to view URL]) and the apparel image is also uploaded([login to view URL]). The designer should create a vector file(from [login to view URL]) and create a PDF file for customer approval. In this job the customer logo is the same colour as the apparel so there should be 3 options: 1. layered on a black background 2. with logo converted to blue colour 3. layered on white background The PDF for customer approval should be similar to the layout in the attached finished one: [login to view URL] but with the customer's logo and image of vest. The first milestone will be the creation of this mockup and AI file for 1/16th of the total bid amount.
