I'm wanting to animate a nursery rhyme for youtube. The song is a 'happy birthday' song in my native language which is about 15 seconds long however I am wanting to extend the video to about 30 seconds in total (including the intro and outro). Further, wanting to add sing-a-long subtitles. Translated lyrics are as below but the subtitles in the video would be in my language (utilises english alphabet). Happy birthday to you Happy birthday to you Happy birthday to you Have a laugh (he he) Have a laugh (ha ha) Please advise roughly how much this project may cost and the time it may take to make.
