Since there are so different requirements, it would require a lot of planning to be done for a good result, and I feel your budget is quite low for it. 2. The image attached suggests the location as Assam, so I would like to know about the site conditions - natural contours, etc and whether the building regulations allows this much of construction to be done. "Fees are open for negotiation" Since these factors are important for knowing about the nature of the project, the project fees would be decided accordingly (fees are open for negotiation). Upon knowing these things, I can offer the following services accordingly: 1. All floor plans and interior layout with all the furnishing and material details & specifications for all the different uses 2. Sections & Elevation 3.
