Microsite with awesome landing page to help those suffering with Autism or ADHD.

I need a microsite with an awesome landing page for a new therapy we are providing. The therapy helps with the symptoms of ADHD and Autism. The therapy is called the SAVE program and is a 5-day accelerated sensory program. You can find more information at "the save program <dot> com". We can use anything off their site (as well as information off some of the other location/member sites). I need something very modern, catchy and professional but not 100% sure what will work best for conversions. I personally see a big picture or video with a call to action (see link below). Ultimately, we want people to call or book appointments via a contact form so it would definitely help if you have experience making that happen. I see a landing page modeled after one of these. However, we cannot copy or violate any copyrights. [login to view URL] Most of the people visiting the site will be parents looking to help their children so it should be geared towards that. There are many benefits to the program, the primary ones being improvement of symptoms, it is passive so the child doesn't need to follow instructions or do anything, its is quick (5 days), and the cost is lower than many other forms of treatment. I see this built in Wordpress and using contact form 7. Both our office logo and SAVE logo should be present. Please provide sample of similar projects in order to be considered for the project. Favor please? Don't place a bait and switch bid amount. The bid amount should be to complete the project. Lastly, I need this done within a few days but I haven't secured a domain yet so you'll need to build it on your server and transfer it to mine.
