I want to design the letterhead for self and company. I already have a logo that has been designed. I want 3 formats RTF, Doc and PDF Letterhead A: See Example A • I want 3 formats RTF, Doc and PDF • The space divided into 3. Clinicians details, logo and clinic address • I want the logo to be in the middle • The space to the left side for clinician details. • The space to the left for clinic’s address Letterhead B • • I want 3 formats RTF, Doc and PDF • The second letterhead to be like the Mercy Health but shifted more towards the right. • Space for writing to start below the logo and address. Do not include this phrase in the second letterhead - PERSONAL AND IN CONFIDENCE NOT TO BE RELAYED TO ANY THIRD PARTY WITHOUT REFERENCE TO THE AUTHOR
