I am a software programmer working on freelancing sites since last 22 years. I need an individual HTML5/CSS3 designer who can slice PSD that I provide and convert pages to HTML5/CSS3. Here are few things that you need to answer to win bid on this project: 1. On scale 0 to 10, how good are you in HTML5/CSS. Remember I have 22 years of experience in programming, so your scale should read correctly :) 2. Do you use any CSS framework? Would you be using one? If not then it doesn't mean you won't be selected. I just need to understand. 3. Are you a full time freelancer? If yes then that's an added advantage because then you can work on many of my projects in the long run as well. 4. Show me your sample work please. It becomes easier to choose a good designer. Don't post links, just upload HTML/CSS work so that I can see how good you are. 5. How fast do you convert a landing page into HTML/CSS? Its subjective but let's assume a simple landing page. 6. What will be your bid for converting two page that I have attached. One is landing page and other one is products page. If you don't have the patience and sincerity in answering my above questions then please don't bid because you will be wasting my time and I will block you for all future requirements.
