Graphic Designer needed to layout artwork for shopping centre exhibition display

Looking for an experienced graphic designer who is capable of working within a specific brief and able to meet necessary deadlines. Experience in designing/ producing eye catching artwork for shopping centre and/or exhibition stalls/ booths is preferred. Further information on what is required for the designs will be given to the successful freelancer i.e. logo, slogan, imagery used, colours etc. The stall will be for a business in the medical industry, so design work for this particular project must focus on the layout of the necessary components we supply to you. The designs need to be very professional yet also eye catching, enticing and well laid out. Artwork design requirements below for TWO SEPERATE items: ITEM 1 : Counter 39 - Podium/Counter Front Viewable Area 719mm w x 970mm h Viewable Graphic Size 1640mm w x 970mm h Graphic Size with Bleed 1700mm w x 1020mm h - CMYK color - Resolutions must be 72-125 ppi - All fonts must be created to outlines - Embed all images in final document - Save final document as PDF for print ITEM 2: Waveline display - Tension Fabric Wall Display Primary Image Area 2750mm w x 1248mm h Keep text and important images inside of red line. Crop Size 2950mm w x 1448mm h Graphic Size with Bleed 3050mm w x 1548mm h - CMYK color - Resolutions must be 72-125 ppi - All fonts must be created to outlines - Embed all images in final document - Save final document as PDF for print What we will provide you: - Logo - Image/s - Fonts & colour guidelines - Tagline (call to action) - PDF documents of each item, their measurements and requirements to ensure it is designed and laid out correctly What you will provide us (Deliverables): - Layout of the design, providing us with 3 options to choose from for EACH item - At Least 3 options for podium/counter and at least 3 items for Waveline display. - No limit on how many times we can review the designs/ provide feedback - Final proofs accepted once we are satisfied with the designs you have provide us - You will provide the artwork of BOTH items to us in seperate PDF file format (ready for print) - Please refer to the PDF’s we provide you for other requirements and specifications) - You will also provide the artwork to us of BOTH items in separate EPS file format Timeline: First set of proofs for both items due by Wednesday 17th January 2018 Final proofs for both items due by Wednesday 25th January 2018 (LATEST)
