Require a good developer with core PHP and good designing skills to complete and enhance a current job site portal. Main core has been develop now to enhance and complete the project. We are looking at the following areas: 1. Homepage 2. Subpages Design 3. Job Application 4. Job Seeker Panel 5. Job Seeker Online Resume Builder 6. Employers Panel 7. Employer's Job Posting 8. Employer's Applications Manager 9. Payment and Credit System 10. Administrator Panel The incumbent will need to show designs/web portals they have previously done. Please note taking other's people's work does not constitute your portfolio. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON VERY TIGHT TIMELINE AND BUDGET
