Design and Develop website and HYBRID app - MVP clone of Wallapop, Offerup, letgo, Vinted, close5, etc.

I'm in need of a full stack developer who has actual experience in designing and building hybrid apps (preferably Ionic) and has this in their portfolio. I also need the developer to have prior knowledge of the basic ins and outs of these sites/apps listed in the title. The MVP would be simple and allow users create profiles, post photos of their products for sale, and chat to each other to make a deal. Possible Technologies: UX/UI, Ionic, AngularJS, Cordova, Node, Phonegap, Laravel, PHP, Bootstrap, Zurb, HTML5, CSS, Google API, Facebook SDK, Digital Ocean (server),Pushbots, Stripe, Paypal, and any other technologies you feel is best with executing the scope of this project. Please DO NOT bid if you have never built hybrid apps. I will not be your first attempt. Also don't bid if you cannot understand these basic requirements and understand the milestones attached in the document. The examples of websites given should be enough to understand the scope. The deliverables would be the responsive website, hybrid android app, and admin backend panel for basic features. After the MVP goes live on the website and Google Play store, we will continue a working relationship to add more features integrating Stripe, Pushbots, Banners, Featured ads, Google maps location, etc. Necessary: Experience in creating hybrid apps. The ability to continue working on the project in the future and comfortably add new features for the site, android app, and eventually iOS app. Github.
