Customise a Social-dating website

I purchased a WP dating theme and would require the following customisation. [login to view URL] its going to be a social media/ dating website where friends can post their daily feeds and look for partners as well The theme itself has nice features, I will like it to be customised to look like [login to view URL] " I lay a strong emphasis of the Mobile version look" because of the area we intend to operate. - To have a chat/video chat function - Acct verification with ID,Utility bill process for certain features (just like in freelancer,skrill) Furthermore a customisation of placeholder payment for escort service is required. Below is my short description of the customization. A service provider (SP) can get a membership to offer escort services If a service seeker (SS) is interested in a service provider he should let her know about that via Chat/Message. If SP wishes to offer the service she will need to click "Send Invoice" either on the SS profile or on chat conversation box. This will open an Invoice form for the SP to fill in: Title of the service: (which would be defined by admin as a droplist) Description: Start Date/Time: End Date/Time: Price: Click Send. The invoice will be sent to the SS as a Message (chat conversation notice + external email notification) with a link to the invoice page. The Invoice page will contain the service details and two buttons at the bottom: Either Decline (the SP will get a notification) and Pay Now. If a payment goes through, the SS will see a Congratulations page with a unique (generated by the software) code. The code should be copied and given to the SP when they meet. The SP will activate the code on her profile (on the Invoice page) and automatically receive funds from site/admin's billing account to her own. Also add statistics for the escort service transactions. Admin will be able to change % he gets from each transaction. Please I want only interested and potential freelancers to bid on this project.
