Character website + database

Hello! I would like to create a website for other users to upload their own characters. So here is a list of functions I need for the site: +Allow users to create accounts. Each users should have a profile page that should be customizeable with html/css/php for the users. +Allow accounts to have multiple characters upload, each character has their own page each character should have a gallery where users can upload their images. Pages should be customizable with html/css/php for the users. + When users upload images there must be a place for image credit to the original artist + A mass upload system would be nice + A watermark function implemented into the website for images + Users should be able to link to NSFW content when they upload, but a special icon will be give to the link. Users should be allowed to check if they want to view the content or not. + Users should be able to watch other members and receives notifications when that user posts content. + Users should be allowed to "favorite" other people's characters. + Users should be able to post a journal, sort of like blog posts. These posts should be able to have comments. No comment limit please. + Users should be able to show relationships between characters by linking them to other characters (and if the character is owned by someone else they must approve it) + Users should be allowed to create groups. Groups should have a journal function, separate forums, and a way to add characters into the groups. These groups need to be public or invite only depending on how the users wants it. + Users should be allowed to pick one or several characters that they have uploaded to display on their page if they choose. + Authorization functions for images, characters, and journals. ----Private: No one can view ----Protected: Only users you have allowed access to can view ----Public anyone can view I want users to be able to get very controlled with this function, I want them to be able to authorize someone to view images, but not to view journals for example. I don't want it to be authorization for everything across the board. +Well functioning search button on the site, users must be allowed to user keywords for their characters + Users should be have to tag characters as "Never for Trade/Sale" "For Sale" "For sale or Trade" "For Trade" or "For Free". If they character is "For Sale" or "For Trade or Sale" users should have to input a price. It would be nice if people could search based on these tags, and can sort by price. + Overall forums for the website for people to chat + A "Bump" button on the forums so people don't have to post to move their forum to the top. The bump button should be on a timer. + A system to block users. Blocked users cannot see any content posted by you, cannot watch your account (if watching before they will no longer be watching), cannot see forums created by you. If they post in a forum not created by them the post should be able to be toggled as "post by blocked users" I will most likely need this as a one time project. I would possibly need tweaks and additional features as my users use the site in the future. I will most likely want to start this project near October, unless you would like to be paid in milestones in which case payment and project start can be discussed for before October. I need no social media or SEO or anything like that. I have a very particular group of people who want to use my website and we just want to use it together. No profit will be made, just a small project for a group of very passionate people about character development.
