changing delivery option in OsCommerce 2.3x in already working website

We need someone to get rid of all of the delivery options (different country) on our website and just replace them with 'UK mainland address' and 'Non UK mainland address' as we think since upgrading from 2.2 to 2.3x, this has changed and we need this bit to go back as it is letting customers close a delivery address in another country that we don't deliver to. Hi, I'd be pleased to complete this task for you and would be able to do so without difficulty, since I have excellent knowledge of osCommerce with many years experience.
