We currently use a job scheduling system called Servicem8. I am looking to have a custom form made to be used as an onsite job sign off form for our employees to use. I am not sure exactly whats involved to be able to make the form compatible with Servicem8 (See: [login to view URL]) but there are a few companies who build and sell them directly through the servicem8 store. I am hoping to get a custom one made though. It would need to look like the attached mark up, with the addition of company logos and a bit of a nicer design, colouring etc. I have also a Form Template that they provide to build your own. On my mark up, where is says (Auto) it will need to get this information automatically from the job card in which it is being used, Text is where I need to user to write in the information, and Signature is where I need the customer to be able to hand draw their signature on the iphone/ipad screen.
