We need a cartoon for security education. It will be a 25 minutes cartoon in total, but it will be splited into 20 to 30 seconds short capsules. The sponsor wants a cartoon that looks smoth and pretty. New southpark cartoons can be a good example. ( [login to view URL] ) Much less faces, but the idea is this kind of animation. Is better if you speak spanish, so the video can be in spanish. In this moment we are making the story boards but we want to estimate the budget and time.
