I am looking for someone to design, develop and manage my website.

Background
I have created the website myself, but I no longer have time to develop this, and require a fresh new design to attract business as I start to develop the business model for my business.

What I am looking for
Fresh elegant, professional design, which I can use to project the values of my company, and attract business.
A single responsive parallax home page, and then lower level pages, I can develop over time to highlight areas of the business, build landing pages for marketing campaigns etc.
Must haves
- Keep same company logo / colours
- Elegant layout and design
- Wordpress based site.
- I do like the new parallax designs
- Responsive design, which works well on desktop, phone and tablet devices
- Mailchimp mailing list, captured when
