Burn Factor Fitness is a one-of-a-kind workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, using a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, SBT™ bands and free weights to tone your body and gain energy. The Burnfactor objective is to get your heart rate over 85% for 13-21 minutes. Interval times are done in 1 to 3 minutes ranges, allowing you to experience the Burn EFFECT also known as the AFTERBURN. Burnfactor is unique in that it combines two concepts: high intensity interval training and group fitness training. Clients can expect to burn even more calories due to the Excess Post–Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) that comes from intense interval training. The result? A stimulated metabolism and a feeling of increased energy that lasts throughout the day.
