We are looking to take our website ([login to view URL]) and convert it to wordpress. The goal is to get the content moved over into wordpress which we will be hosting on wordpress.com. We want the exact same menu/submenu structure. All content and pictures to be moved over. We would like to retain the animations that are on the main page (now in flash/shockwave), but are unsure of what we need to provide the designer to reuse it. We need to get away from flash, so it works on ipads, etc. The theme chosen should work on other form factors like tablets and phones. The challenge will be to find an existing wordpress theme that (1) supports the menu structure (2) does not require any programming to get a similar look, but more modern. The site will need to be maintained by non-technical people. It would be best if the theme was a standard wordpress theme that is kept updated.

It's been almost 12 yrs we're in Website design & development. We take pride in HTML5,CMS/framework like WP, Drupal, Joomal,jQuery / Prototype!, CI, cake php. As well as we are experienced in ROR, Java. Situation: You want to get rid of Flash/shockwave. Indeed doable. We offer to use J-Query instead of Flash. It will be complete mobile friendly. If you can use a theme based on wordpress, that also can be done. Or else if you can give us the same html then we can integrate that too.
