Hi we need a simple but professional website template for IT Consulting services. Needs to be as follows: - HTML, possibly some Flash but not needed - modern and professional classy looking - red, white and blue colors - easy to edit and add text Job will also include design of company logo (probably made out of 4 letters) We need the template to have the index site, a simple page where service description will be and a contact page with a preset form with email submission (via PHP or similar). Total of 3 pages. Please submit your offers and examples of past work.

Hello Oliver, My name is Mihai and I can help you with the job. You won't have a site, but a great looking website. I wonn't use flash in my websites because of two reasons: it won't be indexed by Google, and it needs third party to be used by the reader. There is another technique to make it dynamic, maybe add a small slideshow on first page and some pictures that will fade in nicely. Anyway, You will receive a basic administration due to your low budget, but that will help you update infos in your website. For more informations, please contact me.
