Property Portal Require a beautifully designed, search engine friendly, fast web portal that includes the following features: 1) Static content 2) Occasionally updated content (like a blog) 3) Gallery or list of properties for sale or rent (with data entry fields such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, car parks, description; a main photo plus about 15 additional photos; video, floor plan) – like other real estate web portals with search ability. 4) Ability for visitors to download information (example, ebook) after providing their name, email, etc.) 5) Ability to accept payment by Paypal or credit card for info-product sales (not many). • Freelancer to customise / modify a real estate Wordpress template plus use of freely available Wordpress plug-ins for this project. Choice of look and feel of Template to be agreed by Employer. • Freelancer to receive a Bonus from Employer for excellent outcome and professionalism (as determined by Employer) Employer to register Domain name and hosting plan. Note: • All content is mainly property-related and includes graphics
