Build a portfolio website

I want a photo/video portfolio website with some great useful features. It won't be just a portfolio website. in the near future it would provide photography/video services to customers. Here is the link of a site that i really like and i want my website to follow that layout/style. [login to view URL] The website does not really have to be exactly the same as this. If you can make it more better or efficient then please do so. Also it would be really good if you keep me showing your progress as photo format or as a website so i can keep telling you if you are meeting my requirements accordingly. The following are the important features i would want you to include: >> I want a web-based admin area where I could add,delete or modify the information and other useful contents of my site. >> I want a web-based interface to add or remove photos/videos >> I want my users to be able to view images in full screen with the previous and next button on left and right. >> I do not want to upload a specific size of each image. images should be trimmed/cropped automatically. >> I want my users/viewers to send me a message/email through my website >> I want to enable users to subscribe my website so when ever there is a new photo/video added they get an email informing about new changes. >> I want to enable users to subscribe my website so when ever there is a news they receive an email. >> As you see the above link the menu on the left side of the page is very admiring. i want my website to have that menu style. The following are the menu item i would really want to have: Home About us: Cgop, Team cgop Our services: 1,2,3,4 Portfolio: Photos, Videos - When clicked on photos or videos I want a dedicated user friendly web-page for each category. so in the photos page all the albums or contents should be organized accordingly. same with the video page. Contact us Partners: [login to view URL] If you can think of any more suitable items then please feel free to let me know. >> As you see the above link on the top it has a banner in the middle. I want my page to have a nice transitional banner with headings, and on the top right i do not want that photo. I just want a long box saying "who we are". as it says on the website. I also want the grey box underneath which says we work with passion. adjust it the way it is or if you have any better way to do it then please do so. >> As you go down on the page it has a section in the middle which says "OUR SERVICES" it is good i want my website to show it. it also has 4 small pictures underneath it. which is very admiring. As i hoover on the mouse it shows the title, that is exactly how my website should be able to to. Then it has a blue box underneath it. i would want that too or if you have any better suggestion then please feel free to implement. if you go more down the portfolio section is perfect. i want that as it is. then do the testimonial section as it is and complete the website as it looks. If you want to add something additional then please do so. However it would be good if you keep me inform with the progress so i know keep you in the right direction. The rest of the pages of this website are your responsibility. There for you have to come-up with a suitable design/layout that matches the homepage/theme. Feel free to let me know if my description is not clear enough. As you keep on making progress with the site i would provide you all the text, images and other contents that should go on the site or feel free to ask me when you need it. Please give me a reasonable quote as I have two more business websites. I give you my work you would be designing two more websites if this project is done nicely with an affordable price. Thanks.
