Joomla Website - Simple Android & iPhone App

Hi, we are a graphic design firm who is outsourcing a project for a local restaurant owner who currently has four restaurants. - I want a website either built from scratch or using a Joomla Template from [login to view URL] - the landing page of the website should look nearly identical to the landing page of yootheme.com. The landing page would consist of a basically blank page with the four logos of the various restaurants - along with some brief information about our catering and delivery services. Along the side or the bottom of the landing page there would be a place that holds event or specials updates - these would need to be set up in RSS or some other functionality that would allow the updates to appear in both the Android 7 iPhone app. Clicking on the logo would bring you to the sub domain of that particular restaurant. With each restaurant we will want the following information: 1. Large intro pictures graphics 2. Contact Information 3. Address 4. Text introduction to the particular style and theme of the restaurant 5. Contact form that will be sent to the restaurant manager 6. Menu - photos and quick descriptions of about 50 items 7. iPhone & Android app links 8. A page for user generated comments and photo uploads - allows site visitors to register and upload their photos from the various parties and gatherings Note - each restaurant can have the exact same layout but colors will need to be changed for each restaurant to match the logo colors. Note - Each sub - domain needs to be available both in English & Chinese - I will provide the translations. Lastly the site as whole needs to have a simple android & iphone app made. You can use one of the stock app making sites for this as long as thought is put into the various screens and the layout is clean, simple and graphically sound. The apps need to have the same basic functionality: 1. Have a tab to go to each restaurant's menu 2. Have a tab for each restaurant's info - address, map, telephone etc...these MUST be able to be accessed while offline and use native functionality to call or sms each restaurant. 3. Have a form that can be filled in that will allow users to request pricing information for catering or events 4. Have a gallery for each restaurant 5. Have an about us tab for each restaurant We will pay the fee to add the app to the Apple App ( in addition to the winning bid price) store but part of the project is uploading the apps both to the Playstore & App store for us. ( Write the words " BELOW THE APP INFO" in your bid so that we know you have read through this Project Description and are not just spamming us. We will not entertain bids without this in the body or title of your bid.) What we will supply you with: 1. Electronic Menu for each restaurant along with photos of the food items 2. Logos for each restaurant 3. Photos of the interiors, exteriors and of various events held within each restaurant 4. all text in both English & Chinese 5. An outline/ frame of each page of the website - the designer should stick as close to the outline as possible 6. Access to our sever - the site should be built on our server ( [login to view URL]) 7. Graphical Map for each restaurant As we are designers, we understand what type of communication you will want during the project and will support you well as is needed. The project can take up to 3 weeks from the start date but we will offer an agreed upon bonus for an early finish. Every bidder should submit examples of work that will be comparable to the work you will give to us. Don't submit your very best work if you will not offer that level of work for the price bidded on. Show us examples of what you will do for the amount you bid. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT - we also need examples of apps you've built.
