I wrote a first draft ebook on the basics of contract law. Target audience is startups, entrepreneurs, and freelancers with no experience in law. I need the draft to be greatly edited and improved, as well as thorough proofreading. I will need you to exercise your independent judgment regarding how the language reads and sounds, make it much more appealing and friendly to read and easy for someone to skim. Suggestions for reorganizing the material are also welcome. While the subject of contract law is technical, the goal of the book is to provide just a basic understanding of the subject to give business owners better ability to negotiate their own contracts and to speak with their attorneys about the subject matter. Key qualifications: * fluent in English * experience editing and polishing first draft material, especially technical material. * bonus points for editing and polishing legal materials, especially legal materials written for non-lawyers.
