164961 Five Website Package w/ Flash

I need four sites in this package. Site 1 is a corporate site with about 55 pages, an online store, and career [login to view URL] the front page will have flash, the mirror flash need for this site. Site 2 is a advertising management system where customers can login , an purchase ad space , pay bills, and review other information. It's a login account. Site 3 is an information management site customers can login and find , mange and review information on a secure site. Site 4 is a simple corporate website with about 47 pages. Site 5 is to display media kits. About 42 Pages w/ minor flash used in the design. I need someone with really good design skills with good flash skills I need someone who can also design a site and build it quickly as the first site and site 5 will need to be up Sunday. I am new to this so I will need a NDA to be signed. I use Pay Pal to pay for all services. I prefer to pay in full once all work is done to assure I get what I ask for. I'm easy to work with, communication all the time is important, I prefer someone professional nice, creative, and easy to work with with good skills. Please provide samples of your work will be great. My rate is $800 per site plus a $200 bonus for meeting deadlines with good quality. Total budget is $4200.00. I don't do advance payments or use escrow I am new here so not comfortable with the system.
