Hello there, I want a very small project done. Attached you will find all the design files for the site (once you review the files you will know exactly what I mean). What's needed is simple, this is for internal staff members to download files, so there is no registration required. There will be a 1 username and password for all the users and 1 username & password for the admin. User Section: [login to view URL] using the username and password provided by the administrator 2. Download file(s) from the page 3. Logout ADMIN section: 1. Login using the username/passowrd 2. Ability to change the User password 3. Ability to change the Admin password 4. Ability to upload file (see file manager page) 5. Ability to delete files (see file manager page) 6. Logout On the design I have provided design notes to help the programmer. File upload must be limited to Microsoft Office documents and PDF files only Since this is a very small project, dont quote too high.
