Project Interns

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Business & Marketing Event(s) execution & co-ordination • Driving participation through phone calls, emailers and social media channels • Inviting enrolments from corporate partners through demo sessions, phone calls, etc. • Engagement with participants, corporate partners / sponsors, panelists and vendors for the entire duration of the Event (pre, during, post). • Set up and coordination for meetings with partners, panelists, and vendors (check availability, scheduling the calendar, arranging logistics, etc. • Using appropriate social media channels to create buzz about the event (pre/during/post). • On the ground coordination and support on the day of the event.
