I would like someone with the skills to create a sheet for task below for our flooring company estimators. There might be an easier way to work out how long it will take the job to be done or ways to lay it out. Result is enter the floor area (m2 square metres) Based on the m2 for the sheet to calculate how many days it will take to complete each stage. Stage 1 = diamond grind floor, m2/200 = days ( 3 staff can diamond grind 200 m2 per day. Stage 2 = appling 1st coat of epoxy = 0-100m2 is half a day 101-500m is 1 day whole day. Stage 3 = appling 2nd coat of epoxy = 0-100m2 is half a day 101-500m2 is 1 day whole day. Stage 4 (Opitional for our clients) = Apply clear coat of uv stable polyurethane. Example Based on 300m2 this is the results Day 1 = Diamond grinding Day 2 = Daimond grinding - and Apply 1st coat of epoxy Day 3 = Apply 2nd coat of epoxy Day 4 Optional = Apply clear coat of UV stable epoxy Example Based on 450m2 this is the results Day 1 = Diamond grinding Day 2 = Daimond grinding Day 3 = Daimond grinding .25 of the day - Apply 1st coat of epoxy Day 4 = Apply 2nd coat of epoxy Day 5 = Optional = Apply clear coat of UV stable epoxy Example small area 80m2 Day 1 = Diamond grind floor - Apply 1st coat of epoxy Day 2 = Apply 2nd coat of epoxy Day 3 Optional = Apply clear coat of UV stable epoxy
