Excel analysation and visualisation

I need data from an excel file which can analyse data ongoing from a hospital. Background: There are eight operating rooms in the hospital in which we register different time stamps for the procedures: - Patient wheel-in - Procedure start - Procedure end - Patient wheel-out In the dataset we also have: - Date of the procedure - Weekday of the procedure - OR room number - The first case of the day(yes/no) Each room opens and closes at different times on weekdays. Each room has targets for start of the first procedure. Both “Patient wheel-in” and “Procedure start” The target is different in each room and throughout the week. I need to be able to easily change the targets. Each room has between one and ten procedures per day. Scope I need help to analyse the data if different KPIs are met and in general have it visualized. 1. One KPI is if the target for the first procedure is met. There is a target for “patient wheel-in” and another target for “procedure start”. I would like to have this KPI visualized in a graph and would prefer if the graph can be interactive (like PowerPivot) where you are able to select different rooms, different days, time period (by week, month) etc. 2. I would like to have the room utilisation visualized. In the visualisation it should show the different time periods of the day: - empty room day start - pre-procedure - procedure - post-procedure - change-over - etc. This should be by week and by OR. Please see the attached image. I get new data each week (in excel-sheet). It should be easy for me to add the new data. I have data from 1/1 2016 (+10.000 procedures) I probably need other kinds of visualisation in the future, but I think this is enough for a start. Please expect some delay when you ask me questions. I work as a consultant and often has meetings which last the entire day.
