QUALIFICATIONS•10 key data entry experience •Experience working on a computer, as well as experience working with an ERP software •Written communication skills; will be heavily involved with emails •High school diploma or GED SUMMARY OF POSITION• Responsible for all customer service related issues (incoming & outgoing customer orders) RESPONSIBILITIES• Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner received via FedEx, phone, EDI and email •Ability to communicate well, both internally and externally •Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance and direction as needed in a prompt manner •Work with transportation to maximize loads and correct issues as necessary
