- Have expertise in Excel and data entry. - Have basic knowledge on CRM (Salesforce CRM) which includes contacts, leads, accounts etc. - Done similar entries and extractions into Webbased or from Website. - Accuracy would be maintained, also will do a verification to cross check the accuracy of data. Note: The speed will depend on the CRM Cloud availability and the latency. My Skills: - I have good skills in Excel automation and used extensively the macros/VBA to automate: - Data validation in a particular, Data consolidation into sheets, comparing, plugging in default values for few cells,, data camparision using formulas, lookups and bringing up summaries. - Manual typing from PDF(images) to MS Word or Excel, Handwritten scanned pages to MS Word or Excel - Data extraction from PDF either manually, automated or semi automated using scripting. - PDF to Excel - Address retrieval, accounting heads entry spanning across multiple pages into respective accounts in Excel template - I have excellent typing speed(40-50 wpm) with knowledge on Excel automation & macros and English language. - Will be able to do a quality work(accuracy) interim’s of entering data into website. WIll attempt for automation, else will do the manual entries. - Search data for from websites and fill them in the required template/per format required.
