Admin Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a versatile administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will have prior small company experience and be willing to help where needed. * Must have computer and typing skills * Prior experience using Excel * Prior experience with Quickbooks a plus * Maintains and updates department files, records, and publications; maintains confidential files and materials * Must be organized and work neatly * Must be personable * Clean driving record *Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies * Ready to work * Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with excellent organizational skills * Must possess a "can-do" attitude with the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors * Drug free environment Must have reliable transportation and located in USA...
