PLC Beckhoff software development for STK-C stacking unit

We are looking for a developer for PLC software based on Beckhoff TwinCat 3. The project is related to the packaging industrial machinery. Is requested to prepare the code GUI to run a machine to stack food packaging trays. Will be necessary to work in Munich area (Germany) in addition to indipendent development. Possible long-therm relationship.
