Responsibilities : - contact newly signed up customers and offer them an online tour of the platform via screen sharing tool -follow up calls on customers ending trial - answer support requests (email and chat) - coordination between technical support and customers - Social Media updates (facebook/linked/blog) Requirements : - a solid IT understanding, preferrably being knowledgable within CRM systems - sales experience - google drive, skype and gmail experience is a must - solid English skills - experience with CRM and cloud platform is a big plus Flexible employment from 10 hours weekly to full time employment.
