Sisters [Honey Bees Farm] There is a process to be followed like in any farming venture, in order for us to be able to place our beehives. 1) We needed first to prep the ground and have all the brush debris removed an even surface to set the layout for the flower beds and the foundation to set the beehives. 2) Plant flower seeds in the land. We are thinking about an assortment of plants and flowers including lavender and clover to provide the nutrients that the bees are attracted to. 3) Set the beehives in strategic spots around the lavender planted 4) Bring in the bee swarms to colonize the beehives.
