CRM 2013 on-premise: auto-update

We are running Dynamics CRM 2013 on-premise. To send our emailing campaigns, we are using mailchimp. After each emailing campaigns, we get result of them into .CSV files and are able to see if targeted email were opened the email or if the email was soft / hard bounced. Into Dynamics, there are as default fields (check-boxes): - 'Do not allow bulk email' - 'Do not allow emails' We also have a custom drop-down list: - Distr. Email which values are (yes, no, no email). This was a field we migrated values from our previous CRM but this field is not up to date and we maybe will get rid of it to only use CRM default fields. We don't want to implement AD FS / IFS. Therefore, we cannot use third-party add-ons. What we would like is: - a solution to automate as much as possible the process of updating email marketing fields after having launched a campaign with mailchimp - e.g. for hard bounced emails: the 'do no allow bulk emails' will be set on 'no' - a defined written workflow with recommendations like if an email is hard bounced, if we should also set the 'do not email' field to value 'no' (this is an example) or for example, if we get hard bounced emails from same company, a way to know why and if we should disable the whole account into our CRM deployment. But those are not has mandatory as having a solution to auto-update fields we want. This is a first project, a challenge for you: if we are satisfied by your services, that there is nothing to discuss about your work, then, other requests will follow. Sometimes, we only need advises or explanations, support, but also more advanced requests. You are totally free to find the best path to come to the result we expect. We would also greatly appreciate someone speaking english / german / french. We also want to understand what is your solution and what you will do, it has to be documented.
