I need someone who is a frequent user of PayPal. I want practical and technical solution to bypass the 21 days hold by PayPal. Sometimes you receive a payment but it's pending until 21 days. I know that if you provide tracking number the money will released shorter, I know all these public-available solutions. What I am looking for is more Technical solution that will not let the hold happens in the first place OR how to have the funds released immediately. Please only experienced users who have solid solutions and know what I'm talking about bid on this project. Please write the word "PayPal" in your application to make sure you read everything. good luck
