Well...to be honest this is going to be a hard sell. If you are bidding on this and are serious then be someone who can PROVE himself. We've had bad experiences. Once, giving a guy a paycheck who did little if anything and second going through the whole process with someone who then dissapeared off the face of the earth. Wastes manhours and wasted money. We need site promotion and search engine promotion. But not just search engine promotion. We need someone with unconventional ideas and original ideas. Let us know you are creative. Once again you must prove yourself because we are not handing out blank paychecks anymore. Be patient. Be hard working. We need someone for several sites in an ongoing basis. So you do good once you will be rewarded with more and more work. We are also not interested in cookie cutter outfits or large scale SEO organizations. We would rather you be one dedicated individual with ideas and a drive.
