Create OpenCart Plugin Which Allows Modification to Product Design

We are launching a personalized gift shop and want a custom product builder integrated into opencart. The design can be for any products, greeting cards, mugs, t shirts, etc. In most cases, a pre defined design is given and customer can add images on blank location within the background image. Plus, they can additional images if required. The designed should be converted into high quality PDF and be emailed to us when the order is placed. For some products the design will have multiple sections, like greeting cards, which will have front, left inside, right inside and back cover, which are all customizable You can do this in flex or using html jquery. So there should be option to add images from pre loaded clips, photos and text. The clip section should have a dropdown option as given in the example link. If opencart is not possible, we are ok with other alternatives.
