I am a qualified civil engineering technician by profession with 3+ years of consulting experience in contract documentation, structural, housing, road and water design. I have also picked up extensive AutoCAD and civil engineering design knowledge form my time at the company I worked for along with project management and supervision skills. I also hold certifications in technical and business report writing skills.

I prepared residential and condominium floor plans locally for a large number of real estate agents for a number of years as an independent contractor. Based on my location in Canada I can provide all of these before 7am in Australia with no issue.
