I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using .NET with Android in Frontend. It is a simple project which follows the steps below: 1 Based on a production plan for the day, and BOM entered, material is issued by swiping out thru Barcode and Android based scanners 2. Issued material goes to the first, second, third and fourth workstations as they are separate components that eventually get assembled. 3. Each component passes thru two to four workstations before they get ready for subassembly. 4. At this stage two of the components get assembled creating a subassembly no 1 5. Similarly in another workstation we create subassembly no 2 6. Then there is testing of each subassembly in separate workstations 7 Then final assembly and testing 8. Then painting workstation and packing 9. Finally to Finished Goods The quality rejects from any workstation will go to Quality workstation who will then reallocate the same for rework or scrap. We should get live data on production and stocks for each workstation. Also the traceability for all inputs to be established for all Finished Goods. To be set up through wifi network. The project is based at PUNE in India and hence locals will have an advantage.
