Hi All, Thanks for allowing us to participate upon scientific bid. I am new to freelance but fairly delivered solution with many other freelancing sites. I am in process to switching to freelance. I am sure the bid itself have very wast sense and scope can go on. What interests me most is the combination of terminologies used: a. data mining - Of course the starting pointer and may contain process for data collection, cleansing, massaging with a topping for extracting insights using text analytics or will generate models b. Predictive Analysis - I am assuming we are based on data mining to perform this. The process includes trained data (for supervised learning) and perform classification, segmentation or regression. applying algorithm on top of generated models might be recommendation (may be Neural Networks ) c. ESRI: I am a bit confused with this term. It has different meaning but considering an assumption, I am assuming this as GIS mapping and network analysis. I am also assuming API represents ESRI APIs. Overall this seems to me like a GIS Predictive Model or Geospatial Predictive modeling. Data mining will consider historical data from locations and environment factor, we will perform correlation among historical data and perform predictions. Please validate my understanding. With the same I am placing my bid. I am not hands-on with ESRI but have experience of developing solution using Big Data (Hadoop) and Machine Learning (Python, R)
