Hi, I have a local server on the Intranet but exposed to internet with a port. Also I have a webserver with DB hosted. So both are exposed on internet. Now I would like the Database being replicated on both the places.

Currently manages a couple of Replicated MS SQL environments. Will be able to deliver this is in a short space of time. Given that this is MS SQL Environments and that you are not running MS SQL SERVER EXPRESS edition.
