Hello, I have checked the requirement . Our suggestions are as follows : The best way is sending a follow up mail to the mail ID and track the bounce record. But to do this you need to have a dedicated mail server who will send response to our program , with bounce report . What I see we can create few checks --- Check the email ID , If the Email doesnt belongs to some predefined mail server like gmail, yahoo, AOL etc, we extract the domain name. Check if domain is active . If domain is not active , the mail is not a valid mail hence we remove that from DB. --- Now with other emails, i.e with gmail/yahoo or for which domain is valid , we send a response mail and test bounce mail. After we filter the current Emails, then we can put a auto cron , which will run everyday and will filter the new emails which are inserting by on going campaign. Finally do you want to store the filtered email in a new table /DB or to maintain same Db , deleting the junk email IDs. Also please note to run check on such a BIG data , you need to have dedicated server too , so we can run shell script if require. Else a browser code may take time like anything , and not feasible / recommended. Ready to discuss in details and start immediately . Thanks

Hi, I can help you building this solution, i have already build these kind of solutions for my clients, would you please let me know how old this email list is? and what do you think will be expected bounce rate of this list, in order to clean up the list we need to send emails to small batch of lists say starting from 5K and then we can increase gradually in order to have good inbox delivery. Can you please specify the name of domain from which you will send these emails? in order to signup for SMTP services we need to give them url of our signup form as well as the unsubscribe url.
