I can do this. I convert data from Excel to (in this case) Access all the time and can make this work. From your examples, this is probably not a an automated job, but certain parts can be dealt with using some formulas to get the correct data into the correct Access cells. To fully understand, it would be great to see the actual Access file so I could see the table layout. That way it would be easier to figure on a process.
Either way, I can get 300 entries done this weekend. It will be a marathon but it can happen.
