I have a form which was created in publisher, which I would like to make electronic. It is currently in either PDF and Microsoft Publisher, but I would like it converted to a document that is easy for people to enter the data into without having to print off. I want people to complete the form electronically and then be able to click on a link to easily email it back to me.
