Qualifying Leads Online

Light research & data entry. I sell exterior/interior signs (& repairs) for local businesses in Las Vegas/Henderson area. You can check out [login to view URL] to get an idea of what we're selling. Looking to send a list of leads every week and have someone comb through it and filter out non-qualified businesses (i.e. they're a super small/specific service that they're running out of their house) and send me only leads that appear to be at a commercial plaza and don't already exist (sometimes it's renewals who already have a sign, but you can tell on Google if you search the address and look at Street View or see if the business looks like it's been at that address for a while). So once you send me back the narrowed down list, I'll put into my CRM software and chase the leads to see if they are interested/qualified in getting a business sign made. Each week looks to have about 200-300 new licenses issued, so you'd comb through that to cut out the residential/long-standing businesses and I would receive only NEW or relocating businesses. There should be no need to call or email the leads -- simply look on Google/Street View/Yelp to determine if it's a new/relocating biz and include that on the refined list.
