I would love to see the report so as to know what the problem is and why it has refused to display while being printed. I would edit/fix the report and proceed to print it with my different printers so as to make sure it is okay before sending it to you.

I have deep experience with data reporting using sub-reports, crosstabs, grouping, summaries, variables, and all other Crystal functions and capabilities.
