Create an ad to run on Facebook (one image)

For that, we are going to start a market research campaign inviting parents and school to share their pain points, the area of concerns etc with us which we can then incorporate into our system. We want to launch an FB campaign to promote the research, it will have a link to our survey. I am looking for someone to create an FB ad (one static image), write a hard-hitting emotional copy which makes it look like a viral CSR initiative which people should participate in as it is for the betterment of the society (which it actually is) along with a suitable image.
